Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to maintain the integrity of the equipment.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated distribution center.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the gear for signs of wear; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
